🌼Shipping policies:
All sticker/ stickersheet orders are shipped with NO TRACKING by default! They are shipped out with a stamp with no tracking. The tracking you see on Etsy for flat letter is not accurate since it is considered untrackable letter mails. So it is not scanned by hand by the mail carrier, and it is sort of an automated thing at the PO. Sometimes it gets marked as “delivered” days before it is actually delivered or it will forever say pre-transit. It could be a few more days before actual delivery. The standard letter shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks.

From now on, we will only ship our Charm/keychain in padded envelope packages to avoid any shipping damage.
⚠️If you received your Charm/Keychain broken PLEASE message me with a picture of your broken charm, so We can arrange a replacement.

🔥We do not offer replacement or refund for any items shipped as standard shipping/ flat untrackable letter mails. Once those orders are shipped, it is out of our hands and all we can do is to assist you to find your missing order.
By placing an order, you automatically agrees to our shop policy that is stated above.
🌸USPS sometimes wouldn’t scan Etsy letter mail with Etsy shipping label since it’s consider a letter. So You cannot track your order on Etsy and it will just be shown as pre-transit.
Your order will still be delivered in 1-2weeks just without any tracking.
🌸If your letter mail shown as delivered before you receive it, please wait a few more days, USPS sometimes will mark it as delivered before the actual delivery.
